Location

K&K Villa is located in the beautiful community of Silver Creek, a quiet and peaceful community with ponds and small lakes surrounding it.  Silver Creek is surrounded by natural woodland, and bird life to be seen.  Sandhill Cranes, turtles and even fish can be foudn in our community.  The colorful villas with perfect manicured lawns make this quite a picturesque neighborhood. 

 

The community has paths for walking or cycling and for families with small children, a new playground and seating area is within a block of the villa.

Our community is a mile from Route 27, and very close to the intersection with Rt 192, which take you to the Disney Parks.  Along Rt 192 there is a big variety of restaurants and shops to chose from.

 

But closer to the villa, on the US 27 near the entrance to the community, there is a rapidly growing list of shops and restaurants, which include:

 1 to 1 1/2 hours away are both the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast.  Both have wonderful Sandy beaches with wildlife parks.  Cape Canaveral's Kennedy's NASA space launch facility is 1 1/2 hrs away, and their facilities include a Space Museum and IMAX film show, making it a fascinating day out.

 

There are also several golf courses around, the closest being about 8 minutes from the villa.

 

Silver Creek is within an hour to Sanford airport and 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport.

 

Travel TIP:  Shortcut from our Villa to Disney Area:
Leaving the entrance to the community take a left on Rt 27.  follow Rt 27 to exit for Hwy 192.  Continue on Hwy 1192 for about 4 miles then take left turn onto Black Lake Road.  Conitnue to the end of this road then take a sharp left onto Sherbert Road.  Continue on and then take a sharp right onto Osceola Parkway - you are in the Disney Area!
